Processing Time: Approximately 3 - 5 Business days before being shipped. Please note that we are a small family run business, and all our items are made by hand. We endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible. However, during busy periods and seasons our processing time may vary slightly.
Postage Time: Spirit & Stardust uses the services of couriers and Australia Post to collect and deliver our packages. We are unable to control the postage time of our packages once they leave our store, however we will endeavour to assist you with any claims that may arise with undelivered packages by working with you to address the issue with the relevant courier service and/or Australia Post.
Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges: If you have any problems with your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we only want to spread good vides.
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and post items back to us within 3 days of delivery.
You can always request an order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Custom or personalised orders.
Perishable products (like food or flowers).
Digital downloads.
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).
Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for returning items to Spirit & Stardust before a refund can be provided. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
