When using worry stones, your brain releases endorphins, naturally creating a euphoric and calming effect. To this day, worry stones are at the forefront of alternative medicine, gradually being applied to therapy for relieving tension, stress, and anxiety.

Unakite is said to be a stone of vision, opening the third eye and useful for scrying. It is also believed to be a stone of balance, grounding the self while bringing emotions and spirituality together. Among crystal healing practitioners, Unakite is associated with two chakras: the third eye chakra for its use in vision and scrying, and the heart chakra for its ability to balance emotions. All stones are cleansed and infused with Usui Reiki light prior to delivery. Crystals are naturally grown therefore the shapes, sizes and weight of each stone may vary slightly. Measurements per stone are approximately 35mm x 30mm.
